Specifications:

• Size : It comes in various sizes Ranging from 240 Ltrs to 30000 Ltrs.
• Orientation : Based on the Space available, the tank can have two Orientations; Horizontal and Vertical.
• Raw Material : Based on the clients requirement, material is chosen among Stainless Steel,Mild Steel or Copper.
• End of tank : Based on requirement, Tank can have Conical end or Dished End
• Housing : Based on the motor orientation,the housing;housing the Geared motor’s size and Material is decided.
• Gear box : Based on the required Rpm as per Clients requirement from a standard set of available ratios the gear box specs are designed as per torque required.
• Motor : Based on size of tank & the required input torque to the GearBox a suitable Motor is chosen. For Flammable Liquids a Flame Proof Motor is Provided.
• Provisions : A manhole of 450mm dia is provided along with a set of Level gauge as a standard.Rest of the provisions an be chosen such as the no of inlets,no of outlets,spray ball,sampling valves,jacketed vessel or unjacketed vessel.Any other Provisions required can be added as per clients requirement.
