Hood Type Inspection is the Inspection station designed for double side Inspection of the Bottling line bottles by means of a set of 4 tubelights along the length of the Inspection station.It uses the concept of Brownian movement for the inspection process which is Manual.

The Size of the Inspectiom Station varies from 4 ft/6 ft/8 ft/10 ft/12 ft/16 ft depending on the requirement of the Customer.The hood is supported but means of SS Pillars at the ends mounted to the ground.

Trays are provided on both sides of the Conveyors, all along the length of the Inspection Lamp for keeping the reject Bottles.
