Automatic Crown Cap Sealing Machine

The machine is capable to seal bottles of various sizes & shapes, the machine produces the speed of 80 to 100 BPM & is variable with the VFD provided. For different shape of bottles the star guide plates need to be changed accordingly, for different height of the bottle can be adjusted by means of a motor.

Machine Specifications:

Body : Made out of SS 304 Material .
Vibrator : Consists of a step up transformer for the cap chute
Cap Chute : Made out of SS 304 Material suitable for crown cap.
Main Drive : Consists of 1 HP Standard geared motor with VFD enclosed in the panel.
Conveyor : Made out of SS 304 material mounted on to the machine.

Operating system:

It consists of Standard make 7” HMI display along with Standard make PLC which controls the standard drive .
Cap Sensors: Sick make.
Bottle Sensors: Sick make.
Proxy Sensors: Sick make.

Panel Board:

MS Powder Coated Panel housing the power supply, control modules and all the electrical wiring as per standard electrical procedure and an SS 304 Pendant Box housing all the control Switches. It consists of a local lockable isolator and emergency stop.
