Arrangement fittings.

a) 450mm ID manhole on top, with S.S. hinged Cover & locking arrangement.
b) 40NB no-foam flanged inlets - 2nos.
c) 40 OD vent pipe with SS wire mesh & 150dia cover
d) 200dia SS 304 Vortex breaker with supporting rod.

• We will supply the 15NB Gauge Glass level indictor arrangement, together with 12mm OD gauge glass duly packed and the top & bottom 3 way valves.
• We will supply the 40NB SS butterfly valve at bottom, with locking arrangement together with S.S. outlet flange.
• Float level switch arrangement nozzles will be blanked with SS blind flanges-2 nos.
• Horizontal Float Level Switch-HFS

Enclosure : Flameproof
Flange : 2" 150# ANSI,
Float : Dia 50mm x SS316L
Finish : All welding will be done by Argon Arc Process
Internal : All plate joints ground flush & surface Polished to 180 grits.
External : All welding will be kept proud and Surface polished to 180 grits.
