Panel for Elevated Belt Conveyor

Made out of MS material with powder coating and consists of the following items:
• 02 Nos of 1 HP VFD Drive & 01 No of 2 HP VFD Drive.
• 01 No 7” HMI Delta make & 01 No Schneider make PLC.
• 01 No Counter sensor & Forward reverse switch for conveyor direction.Forward reverse, updown control feature for elevation via pendant.Forward reverse, in ut control feature for extension via pendant.
Along with the above RCCBO, E-stop, local lockable Isolator, double earthing, polycarbonate sheet covering at top so as to avoid contact & all other components of Schneider make & All the wiring will be as per standard electrical practices.

Channel : Made out of MS Sheet with Bottom bed
Return Rollers : Made out of CPVC pipe Heavy Duty & bearings
Guide Rails : Made out of HIWIN make along with the bearings suitable for the same so as to facilitate movement of the channel in vertical as well as horizontal direction depending on the use
Elevation : By means of lead screw (not hydraulics involved)
Extension : By means of lead screw
Belt : Width As per requirement PU green rough top Belt
Belt tensioner : Made out of MS rods suitable to with stand load of the belt housed inside guiding rails
Legs : Made out of MS Sq tube with heavy duty wheels brake and swivel type
Gear Motor : 3Phase, 36RPM Bonfiglioli make Gear Motor for Extension,3Phase, 36RPM Bonfiglioli make Gear Motor for Belt Movement , 3Phase, 36RPM Bonfiglioli make Gear Motor for Angular elevation
Pendant : 02 Sets of Pendants for elevation & for extension
Finish : MS Anticorrosive paint (Grey Color).
